Birthday Parties

We now offer themed party packages. Theme parties are for ages 4-14. All parties are 90 minutes of FUN and include supervised instruction/play, theme related activities, and time to have cake, food and presents. Themes that are available include Tye Dye, Sports, Spa, Glam Girls, Dance, or Gymnastics/Tumbling. For further information, please contact Cayla at 630-653-3811 ext.115.

Boys & Girls Youth Basketball League Registration

Don't forget to register now for our youth basketball leagues. We have leagues for boys and girls beginning at the age levels of 1st grade through 8th grade. Sign up online or call us to register at 630-653-3811.

Winfield In Action

Winfield In Action is a non profit, volunteer organization that provides baseball, softball and soccer programs for children in the Winfield area. Soccer practice begins mid-August and the regular season runs through about the beginning of November. Call or email Deb Moran at (630) 344-9809 or info@winfieldinaction.org regarding late soccer registration. Referees are also needed. Referees must be 14 years or older and available on Saturdays. Email , if you are interested. Winfield In Action also offers Travel programs for baseball and softball ages 10-15 years old. Please visit the Winfield In Action website for specific dates, times and locations. Tryouts for travel baseball and softball will be held in early August (www.winfieldinaction.org).

Photo Contest (tb)

Calling all photographers! Winfield Park District would like your help capturing all the wonderful moments that happen within the park district. Twice a year, Winfield Park District will be hosting a photo contest open to both youths and adults. Winning photos will be posted at the Charles R. Beggs Activity Center for a minimum of one year. All photos that are submitted will also have a chance of being featured in one of our seasonal program brochures. In order to qualify for the contest, pictures must be taken at any Winfield Park District park, building, or event. Photo’s will only be accepted through email. All submissions should be sent to tomb@winfieldparkdistrict.com. Winners will be announced in January and July of each year. Begin submitting your photos now! Deadline to submit photos are December 1st for January’s contest and June 1st for July’s contest.
