Community Input Survey

Please help us gather community input as we plan for the future re-development of Founders Park (sometimes referred to as "County Farm Ballfields/Park").
Your input will help us in our efforts to secure State of IL-DNR Grant funding for this project, too.
See below for information that includes playground options for 2-5 yr. olds, 5-12 yr. olds, and a teens "ninja/ropes" area. There's also a picnic shelter, gaga ball pit, pickle ball courts(2), rain garden, field turfed ballfields(just like East St Park's field), a 1/3 mile trail loop, and an exercise station area too.
Please fill out the survey with your family and turn it in by Thursday, August 5 at the Park District Offices.
