Financial Information

The Finance Committee meet in March-April of each year to review the budget (All Funds) for the upcoming fiscal year(May 1 - April 30). Staff prepares the "Proposed" Budget & Appropriation Ordinance for Board review and approval. Upon approval the budget is available to the public at the front desk of the main office for a 30-day period. In May a Public Hearing, with regards to the budget will precede the Regular Monthly Board meeting at 7:25pm. If no outstanding issues arise at Public Hearing the Budget & Appropriation Ordinance will be on the agenda for approval at May Board Meeting. Once approved, the B. & A. Ordinance will be filed with DuPage County. All questions related to the Park District budget should be directed to the Park District's Executive Direct at 630-653-3811 ext 112.
